When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification from us, please email info@reymma.fitness.
How do I check on the status of my order?
You can track your order by signing into your account or using the link provided in your Shipment Confirmation email.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time our shipping is limited to U.S and U.S territories only. However, our goal is to expand globally in the near future.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please check your shipping address for accuracy prior to placing your order. If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us ASAP at info@reymma.fitness BEFORE we ship out your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out. If your package was shipped, you may contact the carrier to request a redirect. Please note there might be fees incurred with address changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, you have a 24-hour window to cancel it before it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@reymma.fitness.
How does Pre-Order work?
Pre-Ordering an item is a great way to avoid sell outs! To secure an item, full payment is due at check out. If you wish to use our internal financing services, the deposit amount must be paid in full. All pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date in the description box. Once ready to ship, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information.
